Donation Request For Walnut Creek Apparel and Gifts

To submit a donation request, please complete the form below. Please submit your request at least 4 weeks prior to your event.

Because there are many great causes, we receive several donation requests daily.

**Out of the 40+ monthly requests, we limit and approve (4) requests per month for a basket valued at over $50** We want to be able to support everyone, so we will offer 4-$5 gift cards for every request if you do not get approved for a larger donation.

When we review the requests and we choose a recipient we will notify you by email.

​

We do not donate to office parties; employee appreciation events or causes that are outside of the Beloit area.

In the request field, be sure to provide a link or other proof of your event so we are able to verify your information and learn more about the cause.
