Donation Request For Walnut Creek Apparel and Gifts

To submit a donation request, please complete the form below.

Because there are many great causes, we receive several donation requests daily.  Below is a list of criteria to be considered for a donation.

1. You MUST be an existing Walnut Creek Customer.

2. Your event must be held within the Beloit Area.

3. Requests are required 4 weeks prior to your event.

4. We do NOT donate to office parties, employee appreciation events, or any cause that isn't a fundraiser.

When we review the requests and we choose a recipient we will notify you by email.

In the request field, be sure to provide a link or other proof of your event so we are able to verify your information and learn more about the cause.
